Please see below a Notice of Meeting for the first AGM of The Fields Association which runs the SWAP campaign. The meeting will be held at 4pm on Sunday 25th September at Finchingfield Village Hall.

As a member, you are cordially invited to attend the meeting and register your vote for or against any of the proposals.

There will be ample opportunity to ask questions in regards to the progress of the campaign at the meeting and there will be members of the committee available afterwards if you would like to follow up on anything.
